Peavey CS 4000 2U

The CS4000 Professional Power Amplifier by Peavey is a 2RU rugged unit that incorporates DDT (Distortion Detection Technique) circuitry designed to deliver trouble-free operation into loads as low as 2Ω, protect drivers and ensure sonic integrity even under difficult loads and power conditions. It features tunnel-cooled heat sinks and dual-speed DC fans which lower the overall operating temperature, resulting in longer output transistor life. The Peavey CS4000 amplifier features power points up to 4000W.

Building on the reputation of the world-famous Peavey CS 800, which conquered the power amp market in the 1970s, the CS Series is the global standard bearer for workhorse reliability. Over the years, these amps have benefited from some of Peavey’s most popular audio innovations, including our exclusive DDT compression/anti-clipping protection. With its 2 RU design and power points up to 4080 watts, this latest evolution of the CS Series is leaner, louder and lighter than ever.
